I enjoy working with 1st time home buyers.  There are 3 major events in a persons life and purchasing a home is one of them.  To be involved from start to finish is so rewarding.  To hand over keys to a new home and see the buyers faces is unforgetable.  I truley believe, you should be treated like I would want to be treated when purchasing a home.  Step by step, no question is to small or to big. If I do not know the answer I will find it.  You will always have honest service from me.  You will always know where your loans stands during the process.  What sets me apart....I have been in banking and mortgage lending through many cycles of the economy.  I seen the ups and downs. I pride myself on the relationships that I have built with past customers.  Referrals are a big source of my buisness and without your referrals I would not be able to keep doing what I love, and that is mortgage lending.
