Phil has been a life long resident of Beverly Ma. until 2003 when he relocated to the Orlando area and joined Keller Williams Heritage Realty in Lake Mary Florida.
In October, 2006 Phil relocated back "home" to Beverly as the Florida Real Estate Market began it's tough transition from "white hot" seller's market to a buyer's market....His opinion is that "currently we are in a balanced market between buyer ansd seller".
In 2009, Phil started his own partnership group of Realtors inside of the Keller Williams Beverly Office. The "Dennesen Group Realtors" This group includes Susan Berton, Michael Kohli,and Heather Poulin.
