| Tried going with a different realtor at first because I had never been in the area and had an absolute horrible experience. After finding Katie however, things were great. She worked insanely hard trying to find me a home that matched my expectations and price range. The market was selling so quickly, that Katie even took the time to go into listings that weren't even on the market yet, trying to get me into a place as soon as she could. After finding the right house, I got a call everytime something was needed, and even a check up on things to see how everything was going at least twice a week even if she didn't need anything. Kate made it everything easy and I highly recommend her as a realtor to anyone else! I can guarantee you won't be let down!! |

They were in constant contact with me my mortgage lady the seller any repairs that needed to be done they were just all around the greatest people handling my affairs. | My husband and I decided to buy our very first home. It was such an exciting process. I was really scared and timid to get started because I was being told all of these horror stories about Mortgage Agents and Realtors. I found Katie and Diane located in Fernley Nevada at L&L Realty and they asked me what type of home we were looking for, then believe it or not they started showing us homes in Reno, NV the very next day (40 miles from Fernley) !!!! I couldnt believe how on point they were with our wishes when it comes to buying a home. They both made my husband and I feel so comfortable with asking the silly "first timer" questions, not one time did they not listen to our needs and wants. Even when they went on their family vacation they were still answering our calls and going over the steps we needed to do. My husband and I feel very lucky to have these two ladies as our realtors. They are both so professional and answered all of our calls, and emails within a QUICK timely mannor.
