As a Broker I try to work and communicate closely with my clients. My job is to make sure you are educated about the process so you can make the best decisions regarding selling or buying your home. I actively represent both sellers and buyers. I market heavily on the internet because now 80% of buyers start their search on the Internet. In addition to posting on six websites, including the No. 2 website Remax.com, and linking to hundred of others, I also post your home on six to 10 classified bulletin boards similar to Craigslist.
I work hard to stay educated on what the market is doing and I regularly change my marketing plan for a home as the market changes. I also adjust my marketing to fit your home and your needs.
