I recently started working for Michigan Commerce Bank.  They are a statewide community bank with 11 branches.  I represent the Macomb, Auburn Hills, Downtown Detroit, and Farmington Hills Branches. We offer a wide variety of products and services. 

My focus is the residential mortgage financing.  Just a few of the more popular products that we offer are: Jumbo, MSHDA, FHA streamline 203k and VA.  We also offer a 95% ltv conventional product for that new home buyer that is purchasing a primary residence and has owned a home within the last 3 years. 

We have our own in house underwriters, processors and funding team.  So you will not be sitting at the closing table and wondering when your loan will fund.
