I'm a manytime homeowner and have owned homes throughout the midwest. I am well acquainted with construction remodeling and home repairs and rental real estate.
My area of expertise has been in the inspection field thoughout most of my adult life. I'm familiar with my locality having been a resident of this area for more than 20 years.
I inspect commercial properties IAW ASTM standards so there is a fair, unbiased, building specific inspection that is easy to follow with an accurate assessment of the property.
I'm certified by the State of Missouri to conduct septic inspections and also trained to conduct Radon inspections.

I specialize in first time buyers. I know what it's like to have the pen poised above the dotted line on the contract, wondering if I'm making the right decision or is there some hidden defect that will cost me. My purpose is to take away that fear of the unknown. I tell it like it is.

We know that contractors are forced to use less than skilled labor in some situations and because of the pressure of time, sometimes items get missed or overlooked during new construction. In fact, some say that 15% of all new construction homes have some sort of defect in them.
