Nancy Trout is a Mortgage Loan Officer for Benchmark Mortgage in Colorado Springs, Co where she has worked since April, 2010. 

She is responsible for sales, marketing and mortgage planning for her clients who rave about her customer service. 

Prior to coming to Benchmark, Nancy worked for Waterstone Mortgage and Front Range Home Mortgage in the same capacity for 10 years. 

Nancy is a noted speaker for national and international women's conferences emphasizing balancing work, family and relationships.  She is a graduate of Biola University with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Master's Degree in Business. 

She is currently a member of the American Business Women's Association and will be a board member of her local chapter, CSWEN, in 2011-2012.
