Get to Know Nuncita Cherry

I've been helping customers and clients buy and sell homes for 23 years. I sell and list homes in San Joaquin, South Sacramento, East Contra Costa and Stanislaus Counties. I specialize in working with first time home buyers, investors, Veterans and active duty military, relocating buyers and sellers, seniors and move up buyers.

My during my real estate career I have worked in the Bay Area, the Delta, Atlanta, GA and the Central Valley, this has allowed me the opportunity to work with many diverse poeple and in many challanging situations thereby honing my skills as a negiotiator who will work dilegently on your behalf.

I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), a NAR Designated Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and a Senior Reall Estate Specialist (SRES). . In these times when so many people are trying to understand thier options in regards to notice of defaults, pre-foreclosure, loan modifications and short sales the advanced training I've received allows me to a guide them through this daunting maze. I am able to help clients understand the choices that are available to them and give them direction as to how each of these choices may affect their future.
