I am dedicated in bringing buyers and sellers together for the purchase of large tracts of land. I have an inventory of thousands of acres that never go on the open market. Most of my inventory comes from my sphere of influence who are farmers, lawyers, doctors etc. At the moment, I have four large parcels of land for sale totaling 2,300 acres with a private 70 acre lake. (Sullivan County) 1,300 acres (Sullivan County) and 430 acres Monroe (Orange County). The Sullivan County properties are within 90 minutes from New York city and the Orange County property is approx. 40-45 minutes from New York City.

In my latest venture, I have been looking for land owners who are interested in selling their "hardwood timber". My father owns a logging business and I am trying to help him promote his business. My father would be willing to pay a "handsome" finders fee to anyone who can find owners willing to sell their timber. I think this is a great incentive for real estate agents who want to make that extra buck. All logging jobs would be "selective cutting" which means trees would have to be a certain diameter before they can be cut, this helps smaller trees the chance to grow and keeps the land "natural" looking.
