Message to the sellers:

I don't play, when I'm working on a project, i get the job done in a timely manner.  So if i told you that I'm going to sell your house then I'm going to sell your house but some sellers think they know everything, they try to play games with you and when their house didn't get sold they blame you. But if I'm a professional and i told you your house is worth this and you don't listen then that's the only reason why your house didn't get sold.

I love my job and i take pride in doing what i do and that is the reason why a Realtor like me get the job done.  I'm aggressive and i don't have anytime to waist.

Buyers love me because I'm not like those other Realtors who say that they are just sellers agent and all they want is just listings.  I love to take my buyers and look at houses, i love to hear them say i love this one, put a contract on it.  The thing i hate is REO, Short sales and foreclosures because you might see a house listed for $100,000.00 but it sold for $140,000.00. So even though you might see a property listed for $100,000.00 these banks are asking the Realtors to start a bidding war, they tell the Realtors to keep the property listed for a certain amount of time before they submit any offer then after they submit all the offers they receive they still come back and ask for highest and best.
