| Olga helped us go through the short sale process rapidly and nearly painlessly. She had obtained several offers, including a few over asking price, after only listing the property for about a week. Her understanding of the local market and of what buyers might be willing to do was invaluable. Olga's prior experience of the short sale process made for very smooth dealings with the bank on our behalf. I would recommend Olga to anyone trying to buy or sell a home. | Olga helped me sell two homes. One in Everett and another in Medford. Both went at asking or above and sold within a week of the open house. Olga is not only amazingly knowledgeable about the local market, but is also extremely professional, responsive, and helpful in what can be a very daunting and stressful situation.
