Angela Kramar, founder and co-owner of Outsourcing Solutions, brings over 11 years of proven experience in managing the day-to-day operations of Outsourcing Solutions. Her professional background includes recruiting, training, negotiating and management with a strong focus in all phases of the real estate industry. While managing several offices of an industry-leading title company, Angela led several branches to profitability by developing new strategies and business plans, eliminating management difficulties and strengthening management procedures for the Eastern region of Michigan.

Maria Pratt, founder and co-owner of Outsourcing Solutions, brings over 23 years experience in multiple facets of the real estate industry. Throughout her career she has developed and implemented policies and procedures, hired and managed administrative personnel and conducted real estate closings for a 40-agent 3-office company. Maria gained escrow experience while at an industry-leading title company where she discovered her "niche" as an account executive through building and maintaining a sales account of over $1 million and negotiating multiple affiliated business arrangements. Maria currently leads marketing and sales efforts for Outsourcing Solutions.
