As a Silicon Valley Native, I grew up in San Jose when it consisted of ranches, orchards and small groups of tract homes. I watched the valley grow from country to city atmosphere. We as a population are possibly the most eductated population in the United States of America. We have formed a Culture Of Innovation. Everyone works to do things better than before, to set the benchmark, to discover a new technology.
As our culture grew, so did the population. The Young, Educated and Innovive flock to Silicon Valley to make their mark in whatever careers they have chosen. Huge Ranches have been subdivided into smaller track homes and condos. Housing is expensive and hard to get. In a community where mid - low income levels is over 100k annually, pricing on housing reflects these new wealth levels and still bidding wars break out.
It is my pleasure to work with nice, honest people to help them to buy and sell homes in this area. I am familiar with the area and all its treasures. Most Buyers assume that in order to buy a newly built home by a good name builder they must go to the development alone and put their name into a lottery to "win" the right to buy a great newly built home. The reality is that most (about 99%) of new home builders work closely with Buyers Agents. They understand that a home is an important purchase and that people want what is best for them. The Buyers Agent will take their clients to many new home clusters and make sure their cliient has all the information nessessary to make a good informed decision.
