I formed Live Oak Real Estate in 2002 to specialize in the listing and sale of REO properties and Short Sales. We manage an average of over 400 properties on a daily basis for several local and national clients such as Fannie Mae, SunTrust, and Bank of America.

Our main office is located in Wilmington NC. We have additional branch offices located in Goldsboro NC, Fayetteville NC, Jacksonville NC, Greenville NC, Greensboro NC, Winston Salem NC, and Myrtle Beach SC.

Our goal is to provide superior real estate service while helping benefit and enrich the communities we live in. In addition to participating in many local charities, Live Oak Real Estate contributes $100 from each closing to Make a Wish Foundation of Eastern NC. Since partnering with the charity a year ago, we are honored to have been able to contribute $28,900 to the wonderful cause.
