Patricia Gurley

I have experience working with people in professional capacities for over 30 years (nursing, military).  Specifically, I have been in the real estate field for the past 8 years specializing in residential sales and in working with seniors. I live in a small community with a relatively stable market of affordable homes. In addition, we have several communities offering a variety of seasonal activities and beautiful second home opportunities. Our area is on the verge of developing opportunities in Nano technology that is very exciting. 

I am excited to be starting my own brokerage this year and welcome any words of wisdom, insight, or tips of the trade!! I am not quite a senior yet but looking forward to this new journey.
