| Paul is a good man and a superb agent. In my experience when needing real estate assistance throughout the country, I have encountered a great deal of people that are decent at their work, but none approaches Paul in the follow-through and commitment he shares with his clients. | My most recent transaction with Paul was a great example of his ability to create a very positive purchase experience for his clients. Paul performed extremely well when it came to helping his clients understand the process, especially as it related to the makeup of the lot/ property lines. He negotiated very effectively for the buyers especially post inspections. When I had a question for Paul or needed a document he always returned my call promptly and did a great job facilitating communication throughout the process. | Paul proved he is an extremely hard worker. I recently had to short sale, a process that went on for year with other agents. I listed with paul in the spring, and sold by December. Through ups and downs we had two buyers,finally a third and a bank that did not easily cooperate. Paul proved his professionalism, work ethic and completed the sale. |

| Paul worked with my wife and I as buyer broker for a home search in mid coast Maine. Having purchased and sold homes in 3 other states we expected our broker to be knowledgable and candid about the Market, as well as researching and providing properties and objective advice. | My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were referred to Paul through close friends who had found their home with him. We had been working with another realtor and kept coming up empty handed and with unanswered questions. Our first time meeting Paul, he had us scheduled to see at least 5 houses, and he worked tirelessly from that day until we closed on our house. Paul is extremely professional, honest, knowledgeable and prepared. Most of all, we were thrilled that he was thoroughly listening to our criteria and budget concerns. Though the process was frustrating at times, Paul was great at reassuring us and constantly finding more properties, especially when we felt "we'd seen everything in our pricepoint". We were shopping for a great deal on a fixer-upper, in an aggressive price range, and Paul assured us he could find one, without us having to increase our loan amount. | Paul was recommended by some good friends, one of whom described him to me as "a wolf dressed as a teddy bear," and we've come to realize how accurate a description that is! My husband and I were property virgins, and I was as hesitant as I was opinionated. Paul sat down and explained, line by line, everything we signed, and never made us feel like any question was too ridiculous. He was patient and accommodated every request I had, including venturing to town hall to make copies of the original plans of a house. He was available by text or email every day of our search - even weekends! He struck the exact right balance of offering experienced, down-to-earth guidance through each step, but stepping back appropriately and letting us do the decision making, including the contacting of the vendors (although he always provided us with a few names and contact numbers). When it came to making an offer on a house, it was clear that Paul was in his element. He worked hard to negotiate us an unbelievable deal, all with the aforementioned demeanor of a teddy bear. We couldn't be more grateful to Paul. He is a smart, approachable, funny family man, who has loads of experience as a real estate broker, and it shows. Everything he said he would do, he did - a rare commodity in today's world. His advice was spot on and delivered with compassion and humor.
