Having come from a teaching background (French language and culture), real estate was a perfect segue for me. As a realtor I have the opportunity to educate sellers and buyers about the home buying and selling process. I have also taken the opportunity for learning myself. I have earned the ABR, CRS (only 4% of all realtors hold this prestigious designation), GRI, and E-Pro designations so that I am fully prepared as a real estate professional to serve my clients and customers at a platinum level.
I work By Referral Only, which doesn't mean that you have to be referred to me for me to work with you. It simply means that I intend to deliver such world-class service to my buyers and sellers that they will feel compelled to refer me to their family members, friends, neighbors, and co-workers so that they can receive this platinum level of service as well.
I have recently earned the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation so that I can best assist those who fear losing their home and don't know what to do. I can help with short sales and foreclosures. It is my intent to assist distressed sellers so that they may have a professional realtor to gude them through this stressful and fear-producing process to the best result possible.
One of my passions is working with first time home buyers, for my background is education. It is so exciting to see the delight on their faces when they realize that they have found the right home to make their first big investment and create a lifetime of memories.
Naturally I work with move-up and move-down buyers as well. It is my objective to assist my clients and costumers every step of the way so that their move will be as smooth as possible.
I also work with short sales and foreclosures, so if you know of anyone who has questions about not being able to make their mortgage payments, please have them contact me. It may not be as bad as they think. Knowledge is power.
Rock County is my home, however, I do serve Green and Walworth Counties as well, sometimes even going to Kenosha County.
As well as my being efficient at my job,most clients and customers find that I have a good sense of humor and that I am easy and fun to work with.
I love real estate; the challenges, learning, finding just the right house, especially for first time home buyers. I enjoy helping sellers to understand this market as well. Traveling is a passion.
