I am new and hungry, I will do anything it takes to sell a property or find a buyer. A seller/buyer would want to work with me because I have a matter of fact way of speaking. Not dry, not unfriendly, but I use humor and honesty to get my point across. I am a down to earth realtor, I will drop everything to show a house, even if I am grocery shopping and wearing flip-flops. I will hurry through the check-out and rush over for a showing.
