| I have moved more than 10 times in the past 20 years, and Mark Perrine has by far been the best Realtor I have had the pleasure to work with. His communication was excellent. After interviewing several Realtors for the sale of my home, I was refreshed when Mark walked in and was an outstanding human being in addition to being a knowledgeable Realtor. He was more concerned with my family and what our goal/timeline for moving was than in trying to impress me with market trends and numbers. Mark called regularly to keep me up to date on what he was doing to ensure my house was receiving the best possible exposure on the market. Not only did he make these calls, but he was genuinely enthusiastic each time. His outgoing personality, knowledge, and dedication made our move the least stressful experience it could be.
