I was born near London, in the UK and have spent almost all of my professional career working at Internet companies.
I moved to the US in 2003 to go to graduate school at Stanford. In 2004 I began looking for somewhere to live off campus with classmates in Silicon Valley. The first thing I did was go to the internet to try to find information and I was disappointed that there wasn’t a good consumer-oriented site to help me. That was the light bulb moment and in 2005 Trulia was started while I was still a student at Stanford.
Since then I’ve worked with an amazing group of people to build a company that not only helps consumers, but powers the businesses of real estate agents and brokers. Trulia's culture is built on collaboration and the business is focused on helping consumers connect with the right real estate agent as part of the important process of finding a home.
On the personal front, I love living in San Francisco with my family. In my spare time I like to ski, bike, watch movies and travel.
