Get to Know Peter Casale

I practice real estate on Whidbey Island, WA which is located about 30 miles north of Seattle, a 20 minute ferry ride from the mainland.  As every realtor knows, the practice of real estate requires local knowledge, and there is no where more true of that than when you buy or sell property on an island.  Besides the obvious local government regulations, issues and considerations, there are community differences and island "culture" that pervade the lifestyle. I have practiced real estate in both the San Juan Islands and Whidbey Island, having lived continuously in these communities since 1990.

Besides local island knowledge, I am a sales and marketing professional, having marketed and sold everthing from complex oil drilling equipment to enterprise software and services. In addition, I am just a nice guy, and people like and enjoy working with me, and generally speaking, I with them.

If you are looking to purchase or sell your home or property on Whidbey, I would appreciate an opportunity to be considered as your exclusive agent.

Certifications

I specialize in Residential real estate, both homes and land, located on South and Central Whidbey Island which includes the communities of (from South to North):  Clinton, Langley, Freeland, Greenbank, and Coupeville.  While I have sold property in Oak Harbor, I do not track home sales and values on a day to day basis as I do for my areas of concentration.
