BACKGROUND
Peter J. McGuinn, a Delaware Valley Realtor is known for his superior property marketing skills, strong background in negotiations, and an unwavering adherence to ethical principles as the cornerstones of his successful real estate business practice.

Peter McGuinn was born and raised in Delaware County, in a family that has been in the real estate business for many years. Peter is a third generation Realtor in the suburban Philadelphia market.
Peter's sole desire in his chosen profession, Delaware Valley Realtor, is to drive the inefficiencies out of the practice of real estate sales and help consumers build wealth and save more money, while reducing their stress and anxiety in the process.

EDUCATION
Peter attended West Chester University where he graduated from the in 2002 with a B.A. in Business Management with a minor in Finance with honors.
Since college graduation, Peter has been trained and mentored by many top sales professionals. He has numerous certifications and accreditations such as ABR- Accredited Buyer Representation, SFR- Short Sale and Foreclosure certification, and CREN- Certified Real Estate Negotiator.
Peter believes you can never stop learning and he continues his education today.
