Thinking about building? I have excellent relationships with builders who know that over 80% of their business is generated through great Agents such as myself. In our area, the state mandates that unless a Buyer has a written Agreement with an Agent to represent their best interests, Agents must operate in the interest of the Seller/Builder. So that's one great reason to have me on your side. Plus, builders usually pay Agent commissions, which means there is no charge to buyers in most cases. This protects you, and keeps the industry compliant with local and state laws. Also, most times Agents can negotiate better deals for buyers and have knowledge of special programs and incentives that most buyers don't know to ask about. Doesn't that make complete sense?
Buying or Selling? In North Carolina I primarily focus in Union County: Waxhaw, Weddington, Marvin, Indian Trail; Mecklenburg County: Matthews, Pineville and south Charlotte. In South Carolina, I work in Indianland and Fort Mill/Tega Cay.
