Paul has been working in real estate since 2000. Before becoming a full time Realtor, Paul started his career as a regulatory and entitlement consultant for real estate developers. He then moved on to work for a Manhattan Beach based developer where he was instrumental in entitling 400 residential units and managed the construction of seven residential developments. Paul’s knowledge of construction, architectural design and the regulatory environment has proven to be invaluable in all types of property acquisitions and negotiations.
