I specialize in the area of residential move up and first time home buyers. It takes knowledge, experience, and trust to conduct a smooth move for the seller that is also becoming the buyer. Timing is everything, negotiation skills will be essential, and trust is needed for the team work involved a successful transistion. First time home buyers need an agent with lots of patience, undestanding and care. Understanding how to conduct an initial interview with the buyer to find out their specific wants ad needs while counseling them on the home buying process and how it will relate to their personal relocation plan is very important.
