I began my real estate career in 1977, and has specialized in coastal North County residential real estate ever since. Born and raised in Coronado, my focus on homes along the coastal corridor between La Jolla and Carlsbad was a natural choice. In 1983, I expanded my real estate expertise into the Rancho Santa Fe area, where I lived for a number of years in the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant, before relocating back to the coast. Having extensive knowledge of these unique areas, the development & building industry, as well as experience with a range of economic market conditions over the past 35 years, gives me an excellent sense of value and timing - an invaluable benefit to my clients.
