Dear Jim and Eileen, To start this off we never thought we were going to use Realtors until we happened to bump into you two (almost literally). You both made us feel very comfortable and relaxed right from the start. This is something that alot of customers don't ever have. Although some people told us that buying a home is the most stressful thing they have ever done, we disagree, the process that you used made everything extremely easy and stress -free.
