As soon as you've finalized the property you like, finalizing the Contract of Purchase and Sale is NOT the final step in purchasing or selling a property.  Over the years I've heard many times from clients "I didn't know that" or "I was never told about that" especially the first time home-buyers.  I am able to review all the adjustments with you before you even sign the Contract and once the Contract of Purchase and Sale is finalized, I will guide you every step of the way throughout the whole procedure involved in transferring the property from seller's name into the buyers - no surprises by the time you attend the Lawyer/Notary's office to sign documents.
