Get to know Bill Lemm
I was born in North Idaho and have worked most of my life here as well. Much of it in the Priest River/Priest Lake, Sandpoint area--A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. I have worked as a teacher/coach and counselor for most of my life. I have been married for 39 years to my college sweetheart and we have been blessed with 5 children( 4 girls and 1 son).
I have developed the listening skills and heart to serve people and help them meet their real estate needs. Along with respect, kindness, honesty, and trustworthiness, I have the real estate experience and the knowledge to help you buy or sell your real estate.
I have my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) and am presently scheduled to take my brokers exam and become an associate broker in the office I presently manage.
Certifications
Because our real estate area lacks the population of bigger cities I have had to become proficient in everything like vacant land, residentials, waterfront, commercial, state & federal lease land, etc.,.---to specialize usually means going hungry.
