I have enjoyed over 30 years in mortgage lending. I believe in doing what is right for my clients. My consultative approach to lending allows my clients to fit their mortgage financing into their lifestyle and long term goals. This could be the purchase of a new home or the refinancing of an existing mortgage. In addition to conventional financing I can also offer FHA/VA loan products as well as home renovation loans. Renovation loans can be obtained for either purchasing a home that needs some sprucing up or refinancing an existing mortgage while taking out a little extra for home improvements.
In addition to real estate lending, I have also received the CCUFC designation. I am certified as a Credit Union Financial Counselor through the Credit Union National Association. Maintaining good credit can be a challenge and lets face it, stuff happens. For some, a little financial counseling, good credit advice and planning can help pave the way to purchasing a new home. I call it your GPS to homeownership!
I am honored to be recognized for the past 7 years in Rhode Island Monthly Magazine as a Five Star Mortgage Professional. This award is part of the Best in Rhode Island series and is featured in the September issue of the maagazine. This award goes to Mortgage Professionals who excel in overall client satisfaction with key award criteria that include integrity, communicaiton and service. Award winners represent less then 3% of the mortgage professionals in Rhode Island. For the 2017 award only 60 mortgage professionals out of over 3500 will be recognized. I am very excited to be selected again this year for this award.
I have a well rounded skill set in the mortgage industry. This includes Business Development, Underwriting, Sales and Sales Training as well as Mortgage Origination, Territory and Sales Management. In this technology driven world, I truly beleive that people still do business with people. One on one relationships are most important.
