As a regional manager for a fortune 100 bank, Phillip was required to fully understand property Valuation and Appraisals. This skill set has been crucial to his seller and buyer clients. Phillip is adept at listing property at a point that protects the Seller’s equity and still attracts buyers which is key to selling your home for the most money. Buyers on the other hand benefit by having the information needed to properly evaluate current listings. Allowing them to get the most for their money. Phillip Himes’ success has been featured in Broker Agent Magazine, and Texas Monthly Magazine. He was also a panel expert on the “Home Buyer Show” in Dallas and Las Vegas and a Guest Speaker for several trade organizations. Not to mention earning the Presidents Club Award, HLC Managers Award, and ranking in the top 30 in the country. 

He has also served his country for 9 years in the US Army. While in the Army he earned the rank of Staff Sergeant and was decorated 13 times to include the Expert Infantryman’s Badge
