Most of my clients need counseling along the way in their transaction. Thank goodness my previous career was as a psychotherapist! It serves my clients well when it comes to keeping them calm and focused or handling the challenges of negotiating. For me, it's all about taking the best possible care of my clients.

Many of my clients are "dual residents," owning a home in New York City and another in Ulster County. This scenario requires a mix of abilities and services that I consider essential to my thriving practice.

I have always believed that my time has been best spent caring for the needs of my clients. Because of this philosophy, my successful real estate practice has been built by satisfied clients for over six years. My specialty is working with homeowners long before they put their homes on the market, advising them in decisions that impact the market value of their home.

I have enjoyed working with these wonderful clients by educating them about the value of home improvements, the real estate market, and the process of selling or purchasing real estate. Through technological "savvy", strategic negotiating, and at times a much needed sense of humor, I allow them to feel comfortable and confident during their real estate transactions. My own passion to provide the best information and education for my clients has encouraged me to obtain my CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) designation and my broker's license. These are the highest designations possible for a real estate sales professional.

I currently live in a delightful turn-of-the-century Victorian in the town of Esopus. This allows me to understand the charms, nuances and workings of vintage homes, and also to appreciate the value of community. I have served on the Esopus Assessment Review Board, Environmental Advisory Board, and have volunteered to coach the Hudson River Rowing Association and Rondout Rowing Club.

I am currently serving on the Mid Hudson Rowing Association board of directors.
