Good Photography is a hallmark of my listings. Easily taught basics can improve almost any listing photograph and turn a plain listing into an effective tool for selling a home. Just ask me.
Good videos help sell homes. My home videos are posted on the Coldwell Banker You Tube channel called "Coldwell Banker On Location". I do an HD video for all my listings with voice over narration which allows buyers to get a real sense of the home and increases showings.
My JD Degree in law lets me wade through our increasingly complex real estate forms and all these bank-originted "addendums" we see in REO and Short Sales and identify areas of potential concern to clients. My clients understand what they are signing because I can explain document language to them in terms they understand.

| Perhaps this will be on the survey, but we wanted to let you know that Richard Haworth did a great job as our agent. The true value of his services became clear actually after the offer and acceptance on the house. Particularly because we had to go ahead and relocate before the house sold, there were myriad tiny details that were very difficult from a distance. Richard did a great job of keeping us informed of every detail in the process and also voluntarily handled little things to ease the way, even things outside of the scope of an agent's responsibilities.
