When the company was originally founded it had a prime objective to locate, research, negotiate and purchase profitable real estate, with the intention of providing maximum return on the investment on a long or short term basis. Empire Investment Groups main function was to purchase distressed/foreclosed Real Estate, rehabilitate and resell it in the retail market. As the company continued to grow the corporate vision has shifted towards new construction and development. Today, Empire Investment Group, Inc. has an active portfolio, some of which includes Real Estate holdings in Tennessee, New Mexico, Utah and even Switzerland. Ralph W. Heinzelmann was born in Denville, New Jersey and later settled in Rheinfelden, Switzerland and currently lives with his wife, Jacqueline.
