Having recently relocated from Washington State with my wife "Bea"to Sandpoint, ID. I can really relate to the difficulties many face when making the tough decision to move, whether it's across town or across many states. It's not only a time consuming task, but emotional one as well and when looking for a professional to assist with this move, understand that finding the right individual can make this a very easy and effortless change as opposed to finding the wrong one who can make it a virtual nightmare. I have many years of experience as a realtor and am currently licensed in Idaho as well as being a licensed realtor for Remax Traditions in Yakima, Wa. I bring with me professionalism, trust, knowledge, dedication and the drive and desire to help people in this transition and enjoy helping and knowing that at the end of the day, I've made a difference in someone's life.

My wife and I did a lot of searching and traveling before Sandpoint found "us". Sandpoint has an almost magical quality to it and it's beauty draws you in quickly, but not as fast as the many friendly, smiling faces that greet you wherever you go. The towns people welcome you and make you feel like you've known them all your life and treat you like family, whether's it a smile, handshake or nod of the head, they have a way of making you feel like you've trully come "home". This continues thru out Northern Idaho and the surrounding towns and I look forward to extending that same courtesy to the many others I may meet.

Now a little about me. My father was a member of the armed forces, serving in the Air Force, which alloted me the luxury of traveling extensively with my mother and five sisters, but also meant we moved alot. So began my experience in my career if you look at it.... I have two sons, my youngest son Trevor has followed in my fathers footsteps, making me very proud and is also serving in the Air Force. My oldest son Tyler has followed me in my move and settled here in Sandpoint, my wife Bea works from the home, Bea and my boys are my greatest accomplishments. We all look forward to enjoying the many attributes that Northern Idaho has to offer, as a family we snowmobile, fish, hunt, ride horses and atv's and hike. Family, faith, friendship and my career are very valuable to me and I look forward to helping others to get the best possible service, whether they are selling, buying or investing and want people to know that this is just not my career, but my life.
