Since 1986 I have provided mortgage loan consultation to thousands of clients and business partners, nearly all were referrals from other satisfied clients, business partners, or both. 

I consistently strive to bring value added consultation to my clients.  Enhancing my education is a cornerstones in that effort.  The three pillars of my education are formal, mortgage industry specific, and through direct life experience.

I received an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and later a Masters in Business Administration from California Lutheran University.  The process of earning these degrees afforded a wealth of fundamental economic and financial understanding that is directly shared with my clients when listening, understanding, and developing a mortgage plan that furthers their financial goals. 

The mortgage industry and mortgage products are evolving all the time and staying ahead this change requires an on going commitment to continuing education.  Accordingly, I became a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and regularly attend mortgage and financial industry seminars to expand my knowledge base in order to provide timely and effective mortgage consultation. 

As is often said, "experience is the best teacher" and clearly the length and depth of my career has afforded me many practical lessons learned that I share with business partners and clients.  Moreover, I am married (once) since 1987 with two very active sons.  My wife and I are homeowners, real estate, and business investors.  At the end of the day this experience has taught us what matters most is not just understanding theory but rather knowing how to make things happen in real life. 

In total, these efforts enable me to teach my clients how to use their mortgage as a tool to plan and secure not only their financial stability, but also to create a lasting foundation for generational wealth.
