I was in my last year of graduate school when through a series of unplanned events I ended up in the real estate profession. Like many agents, I struggled to figure out the business and earn a decent living for the first 4 or 5 years. I met a very successful agent who became my mentor. He taught me how to find clients, showed me his systems and tools, helped me build a team. My production skyrocketed and I became the top ranked agent in my market. I went on to open up my own brokerage with multiple offices.
In my current role as Area Vice President for a national real estate company and I do for other agents what my mentor did for me, teaching and training them how to succeed in the real estate business.
