After being born and raised on a farm in eastern South Dakota, I have been living over 20 years Arizona, in the East Valley of the Phoenix, and most recently in the Payson and Prescott areas, where I enjoy hiking and mountain biking year around. Having spent most of my adult life engaged in sales and marketing as well as a decade of preparing income tax returns for small businesses, individuals and real estate investors.

I have for many years had knowledge and interest in real estate as it relates to rental properties, tax defered 1031 exchanges, real estate held in a self-directed IRA and such. So it seemed a natural fit for me to become involved in commercial real estate sales, leasing and commercial property management.
