My team consists of my husband, Pat Hallesy, and myself.  I've earned my GRI designation - extensive classroom training which was not required.  However, I feel the more training I have, the better prepared I am to assist my clients, whether Sellers or Buyers.  If you prefer Spanish, Pat (my husband), is fluent and also practices real estate, although he does more commercial than residential.

We've lived and worked in both the Northern Virginia and Fredericksburg, Virginia areas.  Pat and I also have worked for a Member of the Board of Supervisors and are knowledgeable regarding zoning, health, and building codes.
