Get to Know Marty Kampmeier
I am somewhat of a life long Realtor. I have had my License in the State of Illinois for 10 years, however assisted my mother for several years before that in her Real Estate Career in Barrington Illinois. I learned many of my business practices from my Mom. Her philosophy was that you treat your clients as though it was your own purchase or sale. I have followed that in my business practice and always make sure my clients are my number 1 priority. With all of todays technology, it still is very important to me to have more of a personal touch with my clients and usually prefer phone calls or visits in person whenever possible. I have been a Multi Million Dollar Producer every year for the 10 years that I have been in business.
I have a network of Lenders, home Inspectors, pest Inspectors, Mold Mitigators, Insurance agents and various other Real Estate affiliates who I work with and am always looking to add to that network.

Certifications
I am an Illinois Licensed Realtor who primarily works in McHenry and Lake County. I have sold in Boone, LaSalle, Cook, Dekalb counties as well. I work with and will refer a Wisconsin Realtor when my clients want to go in that direction. When I first came into the business, first time home buyers were my specialty and they still are today. I work with them to make sure their 1st transaction is smooth and make sure promises are kept and get them educated on the whole process. I also enjoy seeing families grow into new homes and watching the kids "explore" their new home for the 1st time, picking out their new bedrooms and which hiding places are going to be the best. Listings are the quintessential part of the business and working with them is very special to me. Many people are leaving their homes after they have raised their children for many years and they are leaving behind memories and finding the right buyer can be very rewarding for me.
My passion is to work with Charities. For the 2009 year, my charity of choice is Fox Valley Power Tumblers gift basket for St. Jude. Fox Valley Power Tumblers in McHenry, Illinois is a tumbling and trampoline gym. My daughter is on their team. We compete in meets throughout the year and then have a State meet that qualifies the top tumblers to go to Nationals. One of the meets that we attend yearly is the St. Jude Meet in Peoria, Illinois. This particular meet, unlike others, is a charity meet to raise money for St. Jude Research hospital. All the participating gyms bring a gift basket to raffle off as part of the charity event. Fox Valley has been raising the money for this basket for many years. These gift baskets have ranged from $300-$1000 and is bought by the generous donation of the gym owner, the families, and coaches of the gym. This year, I will be donating $50. from each one of my closings to help pay for the basket. This meet raises between $60-70,000 per year for the wonderful St. Jude Research Hospital.
