I have been in the Real Estate Financing world for about 25 years and counting. I currently live in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in the county of Tuolumne 30 miles west of Yosemite National Park.

I have literally closed thousands of home loans in my life as a Real Estate Financial Adviser. Helping families buy their first homes, 2nd homes, and rental properties.. etc..in all of California.

I started in the Real Estate field in 1981 as a Loan Processor for 3 yrs then as an Underwriter for 5 years In 1990 our office was opening up a wholesale division and was then promoted as an Account Executive and established broker relationships throughout the Bay Area.  My husband who was a loan officer, became ill in 1998 within the year he became disabled I then stepped in to help his clients and took the roll of being a loan officer and have been ever since. From 2003 to 2008 I owned, managed a net branch and trained a staff of 3-5, while still maintaining a flow of business. I am a licensed sales agent through the State Of California of the Department of Real Estate.
