As a native Floridian I have been involved in some form of the housing industry for over 3 decades.  As a building materials representative I traveled most of north central Florida and some of south Georgia.  The people of Ocala-Marion county live in one of the most beautiful areas in the state of Florida.  During the building crisis in the 80's with double digit interest rates on loans,  I took a professional detour from construction. We moved to Ocala in the late 90's and I began my transition back into the housing market.  From buiilding my own home working as a builders agent for the largest custom buillder in Marion Co.
