Rita has been a resident of Massapequa owning several homes.  Previously, she also lived in Jamaica Estates 50+ years ago.  She was an executive assistant for over 30 years for Avon, which was ranked a Fortune 500 company in New York City, and is now retired from that company.  Rita chose to pursue an exciting and challenging carrer as a real estate salesperson consultant.  Through her vocation, she has adapted and implemented a number of skill sets including her interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.  She works diligently and thoroughly with her clients to find their starter to their move-up home.  Rita is dedicated to doing whatever it takes to provide exceptional service to her clients and leave them completely satisfied and happy providing her with future referrals.

Rita is a member of the Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, nextdoor.com "the friendly community site" as well as the Massapequa Moms and Dads Club, The Massapequa Class of 77 Association, and a member of the Massapequa Historical Society.  Her own home is designated a landmarked Historical home.  It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of Interior, by the National Fire Proofing company and the Queens Land & Title Company.  The exterior could never be demolished.  She also has a niche for decorating.

Rita can represent sellers, investors, landlords, purchasers and tenants, as a seller, broker, and buyer agent. Her services also include locating purchasers for sellers as well as searching high and low for buyers in the market for high-end luxury and investment properties.

Beyond her professional career, Rita loves to work out, perform Yoga on a regular basis, and also does Pilates and gains pleasure and the fantastic health benefits of her 4-mile walks.  She is enamored by Long Island and its beaches.  She has thoroughly enjoyed raising her family here.  There is nothing even close to living on Long Island especially the South and North Shores.
