I began my Real Estate career with the leading Real Estate Company in Tallahassee, Century 21 First Realty in 2004. Since then I have been fortunate to experience different aspects of the business. I began in residential sales successfully working with buyers and sellers in helping them achieve their Real Estate goals. During that time I learned about the many down payment assistance programs available for home buyers and the various marketing techniques used at that time for home sales. It was also during this time that I learned how to handle Short Sales. During this time, short sales were unheard of and the likelihood of successfully completing one was unlikely. Regardless of how many veterans in the business told me to run away, I stuck in there and was able to close 2 out of 3!
After spending 2 years in sales, I was given the opportunity to take over as the transaction coordinator for our company. As transaction coordinator I became a problem solving tool for our agents. In a nutshell, my responsibilities included facilitating and coordinating all aspects of the sale to ensure that the agent could focus on income producing activities.
I later began to work with our marketing department where I learned more about the fantastic Century 21 marketing system. I quickly learned why we choose not to invest our marketing dollars in local print media. It simply does not reach the maximum amount of available buyers. After many analysis we found that we receive a bigger return on our investment by marketing our listings on the internet. I realized that online marketing is the only way to truly reach the maximum amount of buyers. The daily tally of buyer leads that we receive at Century 21 First Realty is second to none. Best of all, Century 21 First Realty has set up a system to hold each of our agents accountable to ensure top notch quality service.
Currently, I dedicate my time to negotiating Short Sales and facilitating Global Relocations. My team and I are ready to help home owners struggling to make their mortgage payment and in need of relief. Our team has developed a streamlined process and has successfully closed countless short sales with positive outcomes for all involved.
