King George is full of history, from famous notable residents, historic landmarks, the Naval Surface Warfare Center of Dahlgren as well as the incredible views of the Potomac River, you'll find peace and solitude here. King George is an hour and a half from Washington D.C., 30 minutes to Fredericksburg.
I am a full time Realtor with several years of experience in the area, this is where I grew up and am raising my family. I know the entire northern Virginia area very well, I know the communities, the traffic patterns, the market trends, the local builders, shops, etc. The company which I proudly hang my license at, Coldwell Banker Elite, now owns 8 offices, 1 in King George, Colonial Beach, Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Massaponax, Locust Grove and Prince William, so we are all over the area, to suit our clients better in finding their home; or to assist owners looking to sell.
As a military spouse, I'm honored and experienced to help out fellow servicemembers and contractors moving or leaving the area with their real estate needs. I know what it's like to pick up and move from a home and understand the delicate nature it takes to sell a property. I am from this area, so its easy for me to travel between our offices to take care of my clients on a daily basis, as well as a full time personal assistant to handle service work so I am always available to my most important calls....my clients.

I have a vast range of experience in selling real estate. I began my real estate career in land development. I've sold many large parcels of land and commercial pieces. In 2005 I moved into the residential market and have had great success in becoming a top Realtor in the residential market, the top agent in my office, and a known leader in the real estate community. Due to the saturated market of foreclosures my team has taken on 3 large foreclosure banks and having been working that market for close to three years.
