Katherine brings a wealth of sales experience to her clients.  As an award winning sales executive with Xerox, The Covey Leadership Centre, and Development Dimensions International, Katherine’s top priorities are to build open, trusting relationships and understand her clients’ goals, priorities that her clients truly value.

As a passionate real estate investor for the past thirty years, Katherine greets each client with enthusiasm and energy.  She believes that a home is a home first, but is also often her clients’ single largest investment. Her professional approach to marketing homes encompasses a thorough process beginning with market research, a comprehensive competitive analysis and tailored marketing strategy, following through with value added assistance from initially preparing the home for sale right through the sales process and beyond the completion of the transaction.  Her tailored marketing strategy, grasp of web marketing, and willingness to go the extra mile, ensures no opportunity is missed.  Katherine takes the time to listen and understand what her buyers and sellers need, and want, in a home.  She spends the time necessary to find the best possible properties for her buyers, and well-qualified candidates for her sellers, guiding and advocating throughout the process.

After growing up in Toronto’s Beach area, Katherine has lived in several diverse locations in and around the Metro-Toronto area and in Europe.  Most recently she enjoys living in Lorne Park where she has resided for the past fifteen years with her husband Rick, their two very active teens, and the family dog, Auli.

On the seller side, my role is to help you prepare your home for sale - to get the best offer possible in the shortest time and on your terms.  I will help you get your home ready for sale, educate you on the market, what has transpired in your area, what your competition is, and propose pricing strategies for a fast and succcessful sale.   I work to expose your property to as many potential buyers in our target segments as possible, so that you get the best offer, in the shortest timeframe, with the least disruption to your life! My process and action plan are all about making sure no sales opportunities are missed!
