Get to know Laurie Sheinkopf

I found my way to Nashville by starting my journey as a kid freezing in Boston, to thawing in Florida as an adult, and continuing through Virginia and Canada to finally making Nashville my home. 

Growing up in Boston in a family business, my parents and grandparents instilled a strong work ethic in me. My family stressed the importance of committing yourself 110% to your customer, mixed with going the extra mile to make your client happy. 

I took that philosophy and started a career in retail. With that philosophy I won numerous customer service awards from companies such as Victoria Secrets, Paul Harris and Rainbow Shops. Even though I never thought I would ever love anything more than opening stores and training staffs. I found something that combined my people skills, my dedication, my creative tech-savvy, and my sense of humor I found something I loved more…real estate! 

Being a bit of a type A personality, I committed myself to learning about the “business” of real estate. I became one of the first ABR agents in Nashville. A designation attained for helping buyers. I started teaching first time homebuyer seminars and am writing a book on the topic. 

My dedication to excellence has also earned me the prestigious CRS designation; A designation that is only held by 4% of all Realtors in the country. This is the highest designation awarded to real estate professionals, and would be comparable to having a PhD in Real Estate. This designation recognizes accomplishments in both education and experience. This was a huge achievement for me and something I am tremendously proud of. 

Through having the CRS designation, I began using innovative technology to help expose my listings to a broader market than just Nashville. My combination of e-commercials, color brochures, direct marketing, major internet presence and creative incentives differentiated my listings from all others. I continually fine-tune my marketing arsenal to get my homes sold my motto “the buyer for your home can be anywhere in the world and the world is who I market to!” 

However when it comes to relocating I understand from experience that the decisions involved in relocating are emotional and the needs of the family far exceed just a home. That is why I have developed a list of contacts to make the transition an easy one. I am dedicated to making my clients' move a stress-free and fun experience. My home is wireless making it easy to reach me when you need anything whether it is the name of a restaurant or a mortgage question or directions home!  

My goal for all my clients is that they have a seamless transaction. “Nothing is more important than connecting with my clients so I can help them achieve their dreams whether through technology or through the personal touch...My Clients Needs Are My Top Priority”
