Over 23 years in the business assisting both Buyers and Sellers with one of their largest and expensive purchases or sales in most peoples life. There are always new Federal, State and local laws and rules to follow that most Buyer and Sellers don't know about and can be getting into trouble without even knowing. Real Estate Brokers are here to assist you in all phrases of the transaction. I specialize in first time buyers, Sellers, listing high end homes, Land, etc. Now that I am a bit older, I seem to assist seniors, move down buyers, seller moving to a retirement home, and Probate for families that are needing help with their loved ones estates.

Outside the sales side of the business, I have also been an investor buyer with multiple rental properties, had my own property management, did quoting and rehabs for fix and flips as well as fix and hold with a tenant in place shortly after repairs are completed and inspected.
