Rehab Cash Now is a direct, hard money lender, providing alternative business financing loans for real estate investors and commercial contractors who "flip houses." We provide real estate-backed loans and support services to experienced investors throughout New England. We will consider any construction rehabilitation or real estate investment loan that is attached to a non-owner-occupied residential property with one to four units. Alternative properties such as land and condominiums will be considered on a case by case basis.
Rehab Cash Now specializes in providing house flipping loans for the purchase and renovation of distressed properties, typically funding commercial loans at up to 80 percent of the "as is" value of rehabilitation properties. In some instances, up to 100 percent of the purchase price, rehab costs and closing fees will be loaned if additional collateral is offered. For example, if a borrower currently has equity available in other properties, Rehab Cash Now will consider placing a second mortgage against the additional properties to provide the full funds requested.
