Livingston County Michigan (REIA) Real Estate Investors Association is comprised of a unique mix of some of the brightest, most visionary real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and professionals in the industry. Livingston County REIA's activities are driven by our desire to address the interests and needs of all real estate investors, regardless of the form of ownership or location. Members are able to join nationwide.
Today, Livingston County Michigan REIA's membership encompasses all types and sizes of real estate investors and professionals, including individuals involved in development, brokerage, rentals, accounting, law, real estate taxation, appraisal, construction, consulting, title insurance, mortgage banking, property and asset management, and public relations. This diverse membership base provides members with access to both a breath and depth of knowledge and experience, unique to real estate organizations.
As you know, REIA of Livingston County Michigan is a non-profit educational organization, and we always look for ways to offer better member benefits and keep member dues as low as possible.
FREE ADMISSION - REIA of Livingston members enjoy free admission to our monthly seminars. Guests First Seminar is FREE (dinner and beverages extra) Professional Support- A REIA membership will make you part of a shared information network and provide you with volunteers in several fields that you may call. Among these many helpful members we have auctioneers, landlords, attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals who are available to answer your brief questions. Networking - REIA offers the perfect environment and opportunities for you to meet other real estate investors in Livingston County. Share your experiences and learn from others who understand your problems. Education - Your REIA Livingston County membership will offer a 100 (plus) Title Real Estate Lending Library to learn more about real estate investing. We offer monthly seminars covering topics such as finding properties, accounting/tax issues, real estate law, repairs, financing, purchasing, and sales. Stay Connected - Members also receive our monthly newsletter, dedicated to bringing you the news you need to know as a landlord or real estate investor. Learn about local and national issues that concern you. REIA works for you - We are continually on the alert for the latest issues affecting landlords. Our lobbyist in Lansing keeps us abreast of state issues affecting our membership, allowing us to work with the proper state and federal public officials on your behalf. REIA takes a positive approach to improving laws regarding zoning, building codes, housing standards, and more.
